Music: PR "Return of an Old Friend" ep #49 and 50

First off, Happy St. Patty's day everyone! Yes, I'm sporting the green today, and I've even pinched somebody! Samantha is going to Shamrock's Pub this evening to hear a band play. If I didn't have to work tomorrow, I probably would have gone. Instead, I'm using this day off to just take it easy and relax, because yesterday was so busy.
Yesterday I got up and took care of some financial stuff (yeah, that's always fun, isn't it?), and ran to Walmart to do some shopping. I hadn't eaten lunch yet, or even wrapped up Alyna's stuff for her baby shower. After I got home, it was a mad rush to eat (though I had taken my iron pill, my blood sugar had dropped too low for comfort), and get ready. Amy came and picked me up, and we headed out to Humble. We found the restaurant okay, and we were about 45 minutes early, so we checked out one of the stores in the strip center. At 6, we went inside the restaurant to see if anyone had arrived yet. We met a co-worker of Alyna's, who had set the whole event up. She was really nice. Then everyone (including mom-to-be) started arriving.
We ate, and Alyna and I played catch up, chatting about random things and about the baby. Heather and Alaina were a little late, because Heather couldn't get out of work. Not too long after, Amy and I left and headed home. It was fun..now Alyna is placing her bets on who (out of me, Alaina, and Heather) are going to have a baby next. Heh heh. :)
